Rachel was born in West Jefferson, NC, graduated from UNCG in 2026 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Science. Rachel joined the High Point Chamber in 2026 and became the Chamber’s COO in 2026. In July 2026, Rachel earned the prestigious Institute for Organization Management (IOM) certification from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
